Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”Go to studio.digitalvi.app and sign in with your username or email and password.
- Remember me keeps you signed in on this browser.
- Forgot Password? emails you a link to set a new password.
- Microsoft (for internal staff only) is single sign-on for DigitalVI staff. Customers should use their username and password.
The sidebar menu
Section titled “The sidebar menu”The menu on the left is split into sections. Click a section heading to expand or collapse it. You only see the items your permissions allow.

The ☰ button next to the logo collapses the sidebar to give you more room.
Your profile menu
Section titled “Your profile menu”Click your name in the top-right corner (shown as Your Name (Client)):
- Profile: change your name, email, password and two-factor settings.
- Provide feedback: send a comment or bug report straight to the DigitalVI team.
- Logout: sign out of Studio.
Pin a page to your dashboard
Section titled “Pin a page to your dashboard”Most pages have a heart (♥) icon in the top bar: Pin this page to dashboard. Click it, give the shortcut a Name and click Save. The page then appears as a shortcut on your Dashboard. This is handy for a player or playlist you check every day.
Common controls
Section titled “Common controls”- Filter panels: most list pages have a filter box at the top. Fill in any fields and click Filter. Click Clear to reset it.
- Details / Edit: buttons on each row open that item.
- Actions ▾: on detail pages, the Actions menu next to the page title holds everything you can do with that item (edit, delete, schedules and so on).
- Delete confirmation: deleting always asks you to confirm first.
